Families come in all shapes and sizes. The definition of family can be different for many people. At du Nord, we appreciate the value of diverse populations and welcome all. Our camps bring together families of any shape and size, strengthening relationships and creating unforgettable memories that you’ll share for a lifetime.

Camp du Nord offers a variety of program centers for your family to explore throughout your week at camp. All activities are optional, and we invite you to participate as much or as little as you'd like.
Scheduled programs begin with the du Nord Rendezvous on Sunday at 3:30 p.m. in Thor's Lodge Field at du Nord Village.
There are three saunas at Camp du Nord, one located in each village. Sign up for an adult mixed gender or single gender wood-fired sauna at the du Nord Rendezvous on Sunday afternoon. Kid and teen saunas will also be scheduled throughout the week.
The Outdoor Activity Center offers a variety of activities and classes to draw attention to the natural beauty around Camp du Nord. Set out on adventurous hikes and paddles, brush up on your wilderness survival skills, try some delicious trail food, take our Eco Challenge and more.
The Outdoor Activity Center can also help you arrange a cookout or overnight with your family. Overnight trips must be scheduled in advance, and a camp staff member can accompany your adventure.
The Eco Challenge is a series of goals focused on promoting environmental awareness. The goals are attainable, simple ways you can live a little 'greener' while at camp and incorporate more environmentally friendly habits into your lives at home.
The Pavilion at Pine Pointe is a splendid gathering space for campers. The Pavilion offers foosball, picnic tables, and rooftop deck with protection from the elements. Plan to stop by this great family gathering space—rain or shine.
The Family Art Center offers a great room with a large stone fireplace, as well as a smaller sunroom with windows overlooking Burntside Lake. A variety of craft classes and activities for all ages are held here throughout the week. Some classes charge a small additional fee for materials. Try your hand at painting, inkle weaving, making friendship bracelets, fairy houses and more.
Morning Glory is an indoor program space that has a craft area and a kitchenette. It's a great place for yoga.
