Tofte Town Park

This community park is a hidden gem with over 1,000 feet of rocky Lake Superior shoreline.  Located away from the North Shore Scenic Drive on Tofte Town Road, it offers a quiet escape from the busy highway corridor.  The park features ample parking, a boat/kayak launch, a picnic shelter, restrooms, historical interpretation, and art displays!  The Gitchi-Gami State Trail can be accessed via the Town Road.

The community participated in a design project for the park in 2016 and is seeking funding to build an improved gathering space to augment this beautiful site.
