Thomas White is the owner/operator of Expresso Joya. He developed his love of coffee while studying in Italy where he completed the final year of his art degree through the Ontario College of Art and Design. It was during his time In Italy that Thomas became a coffee fan and saw the immense benefits of making proper espressos and lattés.
Espresso Joya debuted at the Red Rock Folk Festival, and made appearances at the Kakabeka Falls and Willow Springs Farmers Markets before opening on Cumberland St. in Thunder Bay's waterfront district in the winter of 2015.
