Our beautiful Motel features eight (8) premium rooms, two (2) cabins and wifi throughout our location. With an exquisite Diner located close by, we have a great room and meal plan for everyone!  

The motel rooms overlook beautiful Niobe Lake, with boats and kayaks available to long term guests or as a rented package.  The area features the best of fishing and hunting found in the heart of lake country!    

The Diner features home cooked meals, excellent service and reasonable prices.

Lodging Style and Amenities

 Our premium rooms are all equipped with a queen sized bed, a double bed, refridgerator, and bathroom facilities.  Vanities are located on the outside of the washroom, with a full sized tub and elongated toilet as well.  

 All rooms have high speed internet service, wifi, secure signal, and the password is provided to guests upon check in.  Flat screen TV's are also located in all rooms and cabins, with an array of excellent satellite channels available in French and English.

A south view of beautiful scenic Niobe Lake complements the package.

A home-style, fine Diner is located on the property as well.  The Diner was opened in 2012 and provides a full menu of home cooked meals for travellers and guests.  If you are hungry we recommend the Famous Mikey Burger! Linda cherishes her customers and strives to make each and every stop an enjoyable experience.

 

Driving Directions

Located at 406 Hwy 623-11. Approximately two- hours drive from Thunder Bay, Ontario if you are coming east on Hwy 11 and two-hours drive from Fort Frances/International Falls if you are coming from the west.

Locally or Family-Owned Business Notes

Family owned, your hosts are Mike and Linda Fogg.  Mike is an avid outdoorsman, specializing in guided fishing and hunting trips.  Linda is an accompished artist, and the diner and hotel rooms are decorated with her talented artwork.  Together they built their dream and hope to share the beauty of their creation with their guests.We hope to see you soon and that you give Sapawe your consideration while you travel or work in the area!
